    For the Sangria
  • 1 bottle Dry rosé

  • ½ cup Brandy 
  • ½ cup Orange liqueur 
  • 1 cup Simple syrup
  • 1 cup Passion fruit puree, strained 
  • 2 Oranges, sliced
  • 2 Apples, cored and thinly sliced
  • 3 Plums, thinly sliced
  • Ice

Step 1

Prepare the syrup by adding water and sugar into a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring until all the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat. Allow the syrup to cool to room temperature.

Step 2

For the sangria, combine all the ingredients in a large pitcher. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Add ice before serving.
