    Brown Sugar Ginger Syrup
  • 1/2 cup C&H light brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup Water 
  • 1/2 cup Peeled and roughly chopped fresh ginger 

  • 4-5 cups Ice

  • All Brown Sugar Ginger Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Fresh lime juice
  • 2 cups Bourbon
  • 5 cups Ginger beer
  • 1 cup Fresh mint 
  • 1-2 Limes, sliced

Prep Time: 20 minutes / Yields: 8-10 cocktails
Step 1

Add the C&H Sugar Light Brown Sugar, water, and ginger to a small saucepan and heat on medium until all the sugar has dissolved. Let cool then strain.

Step 2

Add the ice to a large pitcher and top with the all simple syrup, lime juice, bourbon, and ginger beer. Stir to combine.

Step 3

Tare the mint and add it to the punch followed by the limes. Stir again and serve!
