1/2 cup C&H light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Peeled and roughly chopped fresh ginger
Brown Sugar Ginger Syrup
4-5 cups Ice
- All Brown Sugar Ginger Syrup
- 1/2 cup Fresh lime juice
- 2 cups Bourbon
- 5 cups Ginger beer
- 1 cup Fresh mint
- 1-2 Limes, sliced

Instructions
Step 1
Add the C&H Sugar Light Brown Sugar, water, and ginger to a small saucepan and heat on medium until all the sugar has dissolved. Let cool then strain.
Step 2
Add the ice to a large pitcher and top with the all simple syrup, lime juice, bourbon, and ginger beer. Stir to combine.
Step 3
Tare the mint and add it to the punch followed by the limes. Stir again and serve!
