Ingredients
    Cinnamon Simple Syrup
  • 1 cup C&H® Granulated Sugar Easy Baking Tub

  • 1 cup Water 
  • 5 Cinnamon sticks

    Winter Spiced Poinsettia Champagne Cocktail
  • 3 ounces Champagne 

  • 3 ounces Pure no sugar added cranberry juice
  • ½ ounce Orange Liqueur 
  • 1 ounce Cinnamon simple syrup

Prep Time: 20 minutes / Cook Time: 5 minutes / Yields: 1 Cocktail, but the simple syrup is enough for 7-8 drinks
Step 1

Make the cinnamon simple syrup by adding the C&H® Granulated Sugar Easy Baking Tub, water, and cinnamon sticks to a small saucepan and cook on medium until all the sugar has dissolved. Set aside to cool, then strain.

Step 2

Fill a glass with ice, then top it with the champagne, cranberry juice, orange liqueur, and the syrup. Stir.

Step 3

Add orange slices as a garnish and serve!

Additional Tips

Don’t let the syrup come to a boil, this could cause the sugar to crystalize.

Only use cranberry juice that has no added sugars, otherwise, this drink will be too sweet.
