Ingredients
    For the lavender simple syrup
  • 1 cup C&H® Granulated Sugar, Easy Baking Tub

  • 1 cup Water 
  • 3 teaspoons Dried lavender flowers, culinary grade
  • 1 teaspoon Dried butterfly pea flowers
  • ½ teaspoon Lemon juice

    For the cocktail
  • 2 ounces Gin 

  • 4 ounces lemonade
  • Ice 
  • 3 ounces Club soda
  • 2 ounces Lavender simple syrup
  • Lavender sprigs, as garnish

Step 1

In a small saucepan, over medium heat, stir together all the ingredients for the lavender simple syrup except for the lemon juice. Cook, stirring occasionally, until all the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and strain into a container. Add the lemon juice and stir. You will see the syrup change color. Cool to room temperature.

Step 2

Add gin, lemonade, and ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake until well chilled. Strain and serve over ice. Add club soda and 2 ounces of lavender simple syrup. Garnish and serve immediately. 

Additional Tips

To rim the glass, place ½ cup of sugar and 1 teaspoons of lavender in the food processor. Pulse 2-3 times. Place the mixture on a plate. Run a piece of lemon on the side of the glass and then press into the lavender sugar.
