1 Cup C&H® Dark Brown Sugar
- 1 Cup Water
For the Brown Sugar Syrup
1 ½ ounce Dark Rum
- ½ ounce fresh lime juice
- ½ ounce Campari
- 2 ounce Pineapple juice
- ½ ounce Brown sugar syrup

Instructions
Step 1
Make the brown sugar simple syrup by combining 1 cup C&H® Dark Brown Sugar and 1 cup water in a small sauce pan and heat on medium until all the sugar has dissolved.
Step 2
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and top with the rum, lime juice, Campari, pineapple juice, and brown sugar syrup.
Step 3
Shake well for 30 seconds.
Step 4
Pour into a rocks glass filled with ice and garnish with a pineapple slice.
