Ingredients
    For the simple syrup
  • ½ cup Water 

  • ½ cup C&H® Tubinado Sugar

    For the martini
  • 2 ounces Vodka 

  • 1 ounce Freshly brewed espresso 
  • ½ ounce Simple syrup
  • ½ ounce Coffee liqueur 
  • Ice 
  • Coffee beans as garnish

Prep Time: 5 minutes / Cook Time: 10 minutes / Yields: 1 drink
Step 1

Prepare the simple syrup. Whisk sugar and water together in a small saucepan. Cook at medium heat until sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and cool completely.

Step 2

Brew the espresso coffee, cool completely.

Step 3

Add all the ingredients for the martini to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 15 – 20 seconds. Strain into martini glass and garnish with coffee beans. Serve immediately. 

Additional Tips

Leftover syrup can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 1 week. Use to sweeten coffee, iced tea, or lemonade.
