- 2 ¼ cups All-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup Dutch Processed cocoa
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks) Unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup C&H® Light Brown Sugar
- ½ cup C&H® Granulated Sugar
- 2 large Eggs, at room temperature
- 1 ½ teaspoons Pure vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups Chocolate chips

Instructions
Prep Time: 20 minutes / Bake Time: 10 minutes / Yields: 2 dozen cookies
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F, line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt.
Step 3
In a large bowl, beat the butter and both sugars until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla and mix until combined.
Step 4
Add flour mixture to the butter mixture, mix until just combined. Add the chocolate chips and mix until incorporated.
Step 5
Using a small ice cream scoop, scoop dough and place on the lined baking sheets. Bake for 10 minutes.
