Instructions
Prep Time: 5 minutes / Cook Time: 20-25 minutes / Yields: 4
Step 1

In a small saucepan, set the heat to medium-high. Whisk together the butter, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, and crushed red pepper. Let the mixture simmer for 2-3 minutes or until it slightly reduces. Then, set it aside to cool slightly.

Step 2

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, and place the salmon on top. Sprinkle the salmon with a pinch of salt.

Step 3

Fold up the sides of the aluminum foil around the salmon to create a "packet."

Step 4

Brush with half of the glaze over the salmon. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the salmon is thoroughly cooked.

Step 5

Set your oven to broil, and place the salmon under the broiler for 3-5 minutes, or until it becomes brown and caramelized. Keep a close eye on it to prevent burning.

Step 6

Brush with remaining glaze and sprinkle with cilantro
