Ingredients
1 cup C&H® Light Brown Sugar
- 1 cup of Water
- 2 cups Fresh or Frozen Peaches
- 6-7 Fresh Basil Leaves
For the syrup
1 ounce Peach Basil Syrup
- 1 ounce Bourbon
- 3 ounces Sparking Wine
For the cocktail

Instructions
Step 1
Make the syrup by added freshly sliced or frozen peaches to a sauce pan with the C&H Light Brown Sugar, water and basil. Cook on medium until all the sugar has dissolved. Let the syrup cool then strain.
Step 2
Add ice to a spritz glass and top with one ounce of the peach syrup and one ounce bourbon. Stir to combine.
Step 3
Top with the Sparkling wine and stir.
Step 4
Garnish with fresh basil and more peach slices.
Additional Tips
The strained syrup can be kept in the refrigerator, in an air tight container for 1-2 weeks.
