Q. Can I substitute Honey Flavored Granules in place of regular sugar? If so, what is the substitution? How much will replace the sweetness of one cup of sugar?
Honey may taste a bit sweeter than granulated sugar because honey is naturally a bit sweeter than sugar. Yes, there will be a taste difference because honey and granulated sugar do not taste the same. Honey Flavored Granules are a blend of sugar and honey, and add a delicious flavor of honey to whatever they are added.
