Q.  How do I use Honey Flavored Granules?  
You can sprinkle C&H Honey Flavored Granules on baked goods, cereals or grapefruit and stir into any hot or cold beverage.  Honey Flavored Granules are delicious for dipping strawberries or sprinkled on other fresh berries. Honey Flavored Granules are also perfect as a versatile sweetening ingredient when cooking recipes, such as salad dressings, sauces or rubs and marinades. 

Q.  Can I use Honey Flavored Granules in baking?
Honey Flavored Granules can be used in many different types of baked good recipes as a substitute for either some, or all, of the granulated sugar called for in the recipe. Honey Flavored Granules can often be substituted for fluid honey by using this conversion:

1 cup liquid honey = 1 cup C&H® Honey Flavored Granules + ¼ cup additional recipe liquid

Q. Can I substitute Honey Flavored Granules in place of regular sugar?  If so, what is the substitution?   How much will replace the sweetness of one cup of sugar?
Honey may taste a bit sweeter than granulated sugar because honey is naturally a bit sweeter than sugar. However, you may find honey Flavored Granules to be just as sweet as sugar and will use an equal amount when adding it to your favorite foods or beverage.  We encourage you to use Honey Flavored Granules to flavor your foods to your liking.

Q. Will there be a taste difference if I use Honey Flavored Granules?  
Yes, there will be a taste difference because honey and granulated sugar do not taste the same. Honey Flavored Granules are a blend of sugar and honey, and add a delicious flavor of honey to whatever they are added.

Q. Can I substitute Honey Flavored Granules for C&H® Brown Sugar? 
Creativity in cooking and baking with C&H® products is always encouraged.  However, brown sugar recipes are distinct in color and contain more moisture, therefore substituting Honey Flavored Granules may produce different results than expected.

Q. How do I store Honey Flavored Granules?
Honey Flavored Granules should be stored at room temperature. There is no reason to refrigerate or freeze Honey Flavored Granules.
